We met as colleagues working as VA‘s, and one day, while working & sipping Matcha, someone asked us how to work online like we do.
That question sparked everything.
We realized the freedom we enjoy — working on passion projects, traveling the world, and skipping the 9-to-5—felt unattainable for many.

Hi, I’m Emely — full-time traveler, adventure lover, social butterfly, and matcha enthusiast.
The world is my playground, though I’m hoping to find a base soon (Portugal, maybe?). I started traveling at 18, taking on working holiday jobs like planting pumpkins, making coffee, and cleaning hostel beds — all while documenting my adventures on YouTube (find me at travelwithlille).
After two years, I craved work that challenged my brain. During Covid, I studied Marketing Communication in Berlin, which made me value freedom more than ever. I never wanted to feel trapped again, so I set my sights on a remote career.
Within a week of searching, I landed my first VA job — and immediately booked flights to Southeast Asia.
That job launched my VA career, and I’ve loved every moment since.
Working remotely has let me camp on Australia’s west coast, surf in the Philippines, and connect with amazing people worldwide — all while building a fulfilling career.

Growing up in suburban Germany, I always dreamed of something beyond a corporate job under grey skies. While in college, I interned as an assistant to a tech startup CEO (stressful but invaluable!) and realized I loved supporting visionaries.
So, I became a freelance assistant. Once my VA work took off, I dropped out of college and left the traditional career path behind.
My first big trip landed me in Southeast Asia, where I felt the thrill of endless possibilities. Since then, I’ve worked with inspiring people, learned from every project, and embraced the freedom to prioritize my health and choose who I work with.
Being a VA lets me work with passionate teams, create a flexible lifestyle, and continuously grow — and now I’m excited to share everything I’ve learned with you!
